Fully furnished apartment to rent on second floor in Aparthotel with swimming pool, bar, restaurant and reception. The balcony faces south with sea views and sun from sunrise to late afternoon.

Lanzarote offers sunshine all year round with day temperatures ranging from 20 deg.C in winter months to 30 deg.C in summer months. With sunshine on your balcony morning until late day and views to the ocean and closeness of the old town area you will find this complex and the location of the apartment, all you need to enjoy your holidays.

The bedroom has twin beds with all facilities you require including iron, ironing board, safe, hair dryer and tongs. There is a ceilng fan/light for your comfort in both the bedroom and living room. The living room has sofa bed for further guests. Satellite TV with English channels is available and there is also DVD player with a selection of films to watch; as well as CD player with a selection of music. Patio doors from the living room access the balcony which has table and chairs for outside eating and sitting in the sun. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need for a self-catering holiday eg. oven, hob, washing machine, microwave, toast, kettle etc. The bathroom has shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

All linen and towels are provided for your stay.
